The original New Call Solutions was founded in 2007 by Ryan Pitz, a B2B sales leader and strategist who built the company from the ground up — growing it to over $1 million in annual revenue in the first full year of business. That foundation — carrying the bag, winning enterprise deals, and building systems that actually scale — is exactly what informs how we consult today.
After stepping away from the original business, Ryan spent nearly a decade as VP of Training Services at Call Box, where he built CRISP — the company's first fee-based consulting program — to $1M+ in annual MRR, led a 16-person team of field trainers and curriculum designers, and created go-to-market programs deployed across enterprise clients in automotive, healthcare, SaaS, and financial services. He earned a Brandon Hall Award for AI-powered sales coaching and developed original frameworks used by sales organizations across the country.
In 2024, Ryan re-launched New Call Solutions to bring that combination of street-level sales experience and senior-level strategy directly to growing B2B companies.
